Boss Part # HYD01710 – Hydraulic Power Unit 2QT Reservoir Assembly is the power unit used on most all Boss RT3 plows (newest style). This is the complete HPU found on your plow’s lift frame assembly (behind the hydraulic cover). If you have a 10 ft. Boss plow, you’ll need a different HPU and this one will not work. If you have a plow such as a Boss 7’6″, 8’2″, or 9’2″ RT3 V-plow, or a Boss straight blade such as the Super Duty, Trip Edge or other Boss RT3 straight blade plow, this is the hydraulic power unit you’d need if you need to replace the entire component.
