These are the poles which are installed on the ends of your plow blade at the very top. The blade guides will allow you to have better control and visibility of your plow blade so you don’t run into a curb or other obstacle. These are OEM from Boss and will include the complete kit of (2) blade guides, along with all hardware needed to install to your plow.
