A SaltDogg Electric Replacement Tailgate Spreader is built to last. The spreader is constructed of high quality, 10 Ga 304 stainless steel for ultimate durability and corrosion resistance. It features an anti-flow plate as well as a lifting loop for ease of installation. The spreader is equipped with a 6 in. dual flight auger with 3/8 in. flighting that keeps material moving and screens on either end. Two independent 12V direct drive motors power the auger and spinner: 3/4 HP for the auger, and 1/2 HP for the spinner. The spreader is controlled by a heavy duty in-cab controller with independent variable speeds for the conveyor and spinner.

The 18 in. poly spinner can cast material up to 25 ft, using a driver side or center discharge.
