The bolt is found on the A-frame of your Pro Plus and is the main pivot bolt which connects your A-Frame to the plow blade. Western Part # 63978 Pivot Bolt kit includes (3) round flat special washers, (1) 1-8 x 9 hex cap screw, and (1) 1-8 hex locknut.
