Western SnowEx Part # 29056-1 – Adapter Harness, HB5, HB1 Quad Lights to Relay.  This is the 29056-1 adapter for Dodge Sport. The 3-port kits do not have a harness for the dual bulb Sport trucks. What they do is use the HB5 harness 29050 and this adapter to split it for the HB5/HB1 combo lights. You get just what you see in the pictures. This is used for Western and SnowEx plows.

Western SnowEx Part # 29056-1 – Adapter Harness, HB5, HB1 Quad Lights to Relay.  This is the 29056-1 adapter for Dodge Sport. The 3-port kits do not have a harness for the dual bulb Sport trucks. What they do is use the HB5 harness 29050 and this adapter to split it for the HB5/HB1 combo lights. You get just what you see in the pictures. This is used for Western and SnowEx plows.
