Western Striker and Tornado Spreader Sill Changes and Vibrator Kit Upgrades

Committed to product improvement, Western Products is pleased to announce updates to the sill on all Striker Stainless Steel Hopper Spreaders. The new sill design provides added structural stability and an attachment point for the vibrator accessory.

Enhanced features include:

• Side Reinforcement at the Vibrator Attachment point – Increases Strength
• Standardized attachment point configuration – Improves Performance

As a result, all Striker models with the new sill design will have their part number uprev’d to a “-1”. The new versions will begin shipping next week as a running change.

In addition, Western Products is releasing an entirely new universal vibrator kit (PN 76668) for use with both Striker Stainless Steel Hopper Spreaders and Tornado™ Poly electric Hopper Spreaders. Current vibrator (PN 99504-1) kits can still be used on all existing Tornado Hopper Spreaders.

Moving forward, Western Products recommends the use of the new vibrator adapter service kit (PN 76669) for any vibrator installs on non -1 hoppers.
