One mount kit in which you’ll find this bolt puller is Boss LTA09240B for Toyota Tacoma 2005-Newer, specifically for the smaller Sport Duty and HTX plows. Although called a bolt “puller”, you’ll use this part by placing your bolt in the hole at the end with the threads pointed away from you. You’ll then be able to get at the hard to reach pre-drilled holes on your frame of the truck for installation of the bolt and plow mount.
